I want to inspire entrepreneurs to live life filled with joy, confidence and passion. As a certified Dharma and Mental Health Coach, I ingrain yogic philosophy, positive psychology and intuition based coaching techniques into my sessions. After years of numbing in order to maintain order within the rest of my life and grow a successful real estate business, I recognized the power of incorporating self care and joy. Life is about balance and I want to empower you find harmony within your professional and personal lives to hone your craft and have a little fun along the way.

My entire career has been shaped by my call to serve, my first position out of college was a Youth Suicide Specialist teaching stress management to youth and managing a peer-to-peer helpline across King County. I earned my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2012 and have taught yoga and meditation in a variety of capacities including Yoga Behind Bars, at top rated studios within Seattle and in corporate offices. In addition to teaching yoga, I’ve successfully navigated my way as an entrepreneur in the real estate world.

Now, it’s my time to share all I’ve learned with you to remove obstacles and navigate the ones that do appear with more ease.
